On the 10th December 2021 our amazing Grandad left us. Throughout his life he devoted himself to helping others. Whether that be through charity work, looking after the Grandkids or supporting his wife Sylvia. We are doing this walk in memory of him and all that he taught us.

 In the last weeks of his life, our Grandad was supported by Teesside Hospice. They provide invaluable care for those who are seriously ill or require end of life care. The staff their are so devoted and caring, a lot being volunteers. Any donations will go towards continuing this care, in the hope they can help others like our Grandad.

A little bit more about Teesside Hospice

All of our services are free of charge to our patients, their families and carers. Each year it costs £3.2 million to support over 3000 people across Teesside. With grants and NHS funding covering around a third of this, the rest of our work is funded by individuals, organisations, businesses and foundations who support us. It costs us £7,000 each and every day to keep our services running.
