Action Medical Research is a charity close to my heart. While I am lucky to have two healthy boys, others are not so fortunate. This includes my Mum, who lost two boys as babies, Gavin, who died before I was born and Scott who was born when I was four years old and who only  lived a few short weeks.

All three of us were premature babies and this year AMR are running a campaign supporting research into premature births called Born Too Soon so I am aiming to raise as much as I can to support this excellent cause.
