So I’m taking part in a 70.3 iron man event this July and thought I would use my efforts to raise some money for an important charity.

I have chosen the British hen welfare trust as their work raises awareness to the harsh reality of chicken farming across the uk, but most importantly they also give hens a second chance to live a happy life outside a confined cage.
