Story

I want to make a difference at this challenging time and get behind the 2.6 challenge for Walk the Walk and breast cancer!

Even through Covid-19, women and men still have breast cancer, they are still living with breast cancer. I want to raise money and raise awareness - we need to make a difference in 2020 and beyond.

I will be walking 260 laps of my garden in one go - it will be approx 33,280 steps which is about a Half Marathon!

Please sponsor what you can: £2.60 / £26 or anything in between (or over!), help me make a difference!

Save the UK's Charities General fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income. This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.
