Story
The plan: cycle 50 miles in North Norfolk on 26th May .
Why: to raise money for the Frank Haines Memorial Trust which gives money to designated local charities in East London.
Who is Frank: He was a great guy who tragically died doing a half Marathon and the Trust is a legacy of his.
Goal: To have a fun day and raise some money for the trust so I hope you can all dig deep and donate what you can.
