 …This Sunday I’m going to attempt to run the Edinburgh Half Marathon and I’ve decided to run it in aid of The Christies hospital in Manchester.

I know it’s a bit of a random Charity to raise money for while running in Scotland however I run past the hospital and research center in Manchester regularly and I know what they do every day to help save the lives of ordinary people, old and young, just like me and you.

Obviously I know there are lots of people asking for donations for various challenges and runs at this time of year, and that lots of you lovely people very kindly donated heaps of cash to Macmillan when I ran the Manchester 10k however, if anyone has a spare 50p that they could donate to my page to help keep me motivated that would be amazing!!!  

In return I’ll do all that I can to get as close to 2 hours as possible.
