As many of you know there is a long history of Asthma in my family, unfortunately my Mum suffers very heavily and at points she has been in and out of hospital, it hasn’t been easy to see her struggle over the years. Without the medication she receives it could be a lot worse, and without charities researching and improving knowledge on how to combat/beat lung diseases this isn’t going to improve. So Asthma + Lung UK is a charity that is very close to my heart. I am running the London marathon on April 23rd 2023 to raise money for this incredible charity!
