I will be cycling from London to San Sebastian in Spain to raise money for the charity Sparks. I will leave London on Saturday 3rd July, and will cycle over 700 miles through France and across the Pyrenees to arrive in San Sebastian a week later on Saturday 10th July.

Sparks is a children's medical charity which funds research across the whole spectrum of paediatric medicine. It funds research into a variety of conditions affecting pregnant women, babies and children such as pre-eclampsia, spina bifida, brain damage, cystic fibrosis and childhood cancers. It is a fantastic charity to support, so please give as generously as you can.
