Looking at this half marathon at first I didn't think I would be able to do it. As a young child I used to think that if you got cancer you died no matter what. Luckily I discovered when my Mum got it the first time I was very wrong - so here's hoping I'm wrong this time too.

As a child breast cancer effected my life several times with both my Mum and Nan going through it. I am therefore using the run as an attempt to give something back.

My story is undoubtedly similar to many others so please feel free to donate. The more donations the harder it will be for me to change my mind and hop on a bus!
