Suicide has been declared a national emergency in Wales, with Powys having the highest suicide rates in the country. We have developed a pledge which we hope will encourage people to talk to one another about their problems and raise awareness.

About the charity
We provide information, support, activities and training to anyone aged 16+ in Mid and North Powys. Our services are mostly free and open to anyone - you do not need a referral to access the majority of our services. If you would like any more information, get in touch!
