Story
My dad has recently been diagnosed with cancer (we are still awaiting results) and my friend was recently given the all clear after numerous years of fighting. Macmillan also was there for my great auntie who passed away in 2013 after a short battle with MS. Macmillan is more than a charity, the people who dedicate long hours and so much energy are amazing and I can't thank them enough. I'm hoping to raise enough to make a difference and help fight the disgusting disease that is cancer to contribute to one day beating it altogether. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.Fundraising is hugely important to Macmillan. Without people doing events, running marathons, climbing mountains, and donating in all the other ways that you can, Macmillan wouldn’t exist.Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs.
