We have chosen to take part in the Dream walk for Roy Castle, this year, as we had so much fun at the Santa Dash.

We are all on a health and fitness kick for the new year, so one way to keep us motivated is working toward something great.

Also keeping us motivated is two of our friends are quitting smoking and doing very well at the minute - So keep it up Gilrs :-) Part of the work Roy Castle do is support for people who are trying to quit.
