Story

The Afghanistan appeal speaks for itself, and I'm keen to do my bit to help raise funds through one of my crazy adventures! I'm going to ride my bicycle across Sri Lanka, where I currently live with my family, uniting the furthest point in the north with the furthest point in the south. This means an exhausting 600km, and to make it more interesting, I'm going to attempt to do in 24 hrs, or less if it's the right day!.

If you can't imagine the distance, for those in the UK, it's as if I'd ride from the British Council office in London to the Edinburgh office, in 24hrs.

I'm hoping to raise one pound per kilometre but if you're inspired by this challenge, and you'd like to support our Afghan colleagues, please give away a bit more than one pound :).
