Hi Everyone,

I have decided to conquer two giant hurdles this year.  One is to stop smoking (patches and gum on stand-by) and the other is to run the London Marathon to raise money for BLESMA.

The work of BLESMA starts with rehabilitation - proving there is life after amputation.  Their work is about amputee helping amputee - the fellowship of shared experience. It is about life long welfare support, about campaigning for what they deserve and about being there when old injuries come back to haunt.  The youngest member is 19, and the oldest is 99.  BLESMA is for life.

I will be grateful for any contribution to a worthwhile cause.

Thank you,

Abi
