I'm back and ready and raring to go for my 3rd Race for Life which takes place this year on Sunday 19th July!!

I'm running again this year in memory of my wonderful brother in law Shaun and also his Mum, Pat who sadly lost her brave battle on 14th June 2009.   I have also lost some very special friends over the past few years so I do this for all of them.

The support I have received for the past two years has been overwhelming, please help me again by digging deep and sponsoring me whatever you can.  I know times are tough but I do appreciate your support.
