Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So me and my crazy friends are going to trek up Ben Nevis the highest mountain in the UK in June 2014!

We each have a charity close to our hearts that we are raising money for.

I have chosen The Guide Dogs for the Blind as this was a charity loved and supported by my dear friend Suzie. Sadly Suzie passed away this year and donations to the charity were made at her funeral.

When we were kids we did a couple of fundraising events for the same charity as they supported her nan who was also blind.

I would be very greatful if you could help me achieve my goal in raising as much money as possible in Suzie's memory.

The other reason I am doing this, is a personal challenge to myself! In 2010 I had a back operation followed by having a baby in 2011. Since then I have given my self over to bringing up my beautiful daughter but now is the time for me to get fit and healthy and do something for myself whislt at the same time raising money for others.

Thank you in advance for any donation you have made :) every penny counts!

The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.
