Wanted to still do something for charity this year but nothing as crazy as the 200 mile cycle challenge i did last year!! So i've signed up for the 5k Run at Rother Valley to raise some money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance which is a fantastic charity and as it cost £7200 per day to run they need all the money they can get so please be as generous as you can!!!
