Story
I'm taking a risk for Children@Risk. And yes you did read correctly - in June 2017 I will be abseiling down from the roof of Coventry Cathedral.
Children@Risk is a key intervention fund, which allows Global Care to act immediately. It is used to react in times of crisis to make up a shortfall and to establish new initiatives. Children @Risk also incorporates our Medical Response Fund, an enormously effective initiative giving all our international partners direct access to funds to intervene in medical emergencies and help children access medical treatment they couldn’t otherwise afford.
Global Care is a charity close to my heart and local to my home city, providing care and hope for vulnerable children around the world. In 2014 I attended a charity visit to the refugee camps in Lebanon, and as an ex-employee I have seen firsthand the dedication and love of the charity staff who do everything they can to help those in need.
Please consider supporting me in donating to help children in need of immediate care.
Thank you!
