Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I will be walking the Inca Trail in memory of my Dad Claude Margetson and my Mum Phyllis and also my Guiding friend Stella Standing. All of them sadly died of cancer.
My Mum and Stella both recieved magnificent care in St Barnabas Hospice in Worthing and this is the reason I have decided to take on this challenge to raise funds for the Hospice.
'Each step I take pays for patient care at St Barnabas House' and with your help I will raise the funds they need to continue this wonderful work.
I have started my training with treks up Chanctonbury and Cissbury, two of our local hills, but I know I have a long way to go to get fit for this very demanding trek. My freinds and family are being fantastic in supporting me and with your financial help I will do it.
I will post photos of my mini- treks as I progress and thank you for making this trip possible for me and St Barnabas.
