The training has been completed in preparation for the Shine Walking Marathon in Manchester (26.2 miles!) on Saturday 8th September 2012...YEAH! 

I guess that this is going to cause me a bit of pain in the feet and legs, however I guess  not half as much as those who suffer with cancer.

This is in aid of Cancer Research in  memory of my super cool Dad.

It would be awesome if you'd donate a few pounds and think of Denise, Myra and I on Saturday night as you relax and enjoy your evening!
