I know Andy because I work for his chosen charity, The Churches Conservation Trust. I didn't take part in his previous fundraising events and felt it was time to step up! Andy's story resonates with me because not only do we share a love of churches but I'm also from a Forces family (please visit his just giving page, too).

Andy's commitment to raising money for the CCT is amazing and as a charity, we benefit from the support of volunteers who give their time to ensure the churches are cared for and open to visitors. Finally, it won't surprise you to learn that I'm not a natural athlete but I do like a bit of a challenge, so think of me on the 6th August cycling 40 miles across the flat (thankfully), windy (likely)  counties of Norfolk/Cambs - starting from our lovely church at Barton Bendish and ending at Peterborough Cathedral before Andy goes on to All Saints, Conington (another of my favourites).
