Lauren and I have both been affected in different ways by cancer over the last year.  We have also been working hard in the gym and on improving our road running abilities.   We have decided to bring the experiences together and raise money for Cancer research.  

Our challenge is to earn 15 medals each during 2015, hence the 30 medal challenge.   We will be entering various charity runs/ triathlons/ mud runs and basically any sporting event that will have us (see we really are pushing ourselves).

Our overall aim is to raise money for cancer research and this is the charity all donations from this page will go towards. However in order to earn this amount of medals we will be running events organised by various other charities and therefore supporting a wide range of causes in our mission.
