Story
Lou and I will be taking part in RideLondon 2019, cycling 100 miles in memory of our Mum who passed away 10 years ago.
Our Mum took on many charity challenges, even during her treatment so this seemed like a fitting thing to do for her. While we have both been blessed with her big thighs, we are struggling with the bum pain that comes with cycling!
We are taking this opportunity to fundraise for Rainbow Trust Children's Charity who provide practical and emotional support to families with a seriously ill child. Having had experience of illness within our family, we can empathise with how life is turned upside down and so appreciate the brilliant work Rainbow Trust does and the real difference it makes.
Rainbow Trust pairs 2500 families each year with a dedicated Family Support Worker who provides bespoke care to all members of the family, where it is needed, for as long as it is needed. Their team this year is named after 9 year old Henry whose family has been supported by Rainbow Trust for a number of years as he awaits a kidney transplant - you can find out more about Henry here:

Thank you very much for your support.
