The Christie charity provides enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds. Your support can help us to fund life-changing and potentially life-saving projects that will benefit cancer patients both now and in the future.

Story

As part of the HotChilli London to Paris Cycle event on 26, 27 and 28 July and under the umbrella charity initiative of Cancer Research the SalesMethods team of Michael Conner, Sue Conner, Charlie Conner, Richard Gilder, Elliot Gilder, Jon Bale and Steve Bale will be battling the elements on the 300 mile long cycle from London to Paris to raise money for The Christie Cancer Care.

Kate Bale sister and daughter in law to Jon and Steve Bale has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. This seems so unfair as Kate is
only 36 and has two young children to look after.

Kate is a fighter and having battled through the initial chemotherapy is now doing all she can to raise money for The Christie to help them provide the excellent care she is receiving to many others. To help Kate in her fund raising many of us are going to get on bikes for the first  time in a long time and cycle to Paris. This will definitely be a challenge and the training is very hard and hurts an awful lot but we are determined to do it for Kate.

We want to help raise awareness of this pernicious and devastating disease and the impact it can have on young families. We also wish to raise money to help The Christie fund their fantastic research and care.

Please help us help the Christie and their future patients by spreading the word and donating what you can afford.

Many thanks and together we will beat this disease.
