As-salamu Alaykum, 

The blessed month of Rabi-al-Awwal is here. We are requesting children to come together to raise money for Olive Mount by reciting salawat / durood shareef during this blessed month. 

They can choose to read a minimum of 63, 92 or 313 salawat a day. 

Why these numbers? 

63- the age of our messenger Muhammad (PBUH) 

92- the numerical value of the name Muhammad (PBUH) 

313- the companions of Battle of Badr 

We pray this salawat challenge is a means for the children to strengthen their love and connection to our beloved Messenger. May their faces shine bright with the Noor of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and may they be united with him in the hereafter. 

We request family and friends to sponsor these children and donate to this blessed project in this beautiful month of Rabi-al- Awwal. May Allah accept your donations and increase you in this world and the hereafter.

Olive Mount is intended as a sanctuary of serenity and security for the faithful that reflects and compliments the wholeness and order of the heavens and the earthly beauty of the natural order. The project involves the acquisition and development of a city-based mosque campus that is mirrored rurally, in the natural environment; as a means of giving life to the broader prophetic teaching of the mosque as a crucible for holistic living and worship.The £million challenge is to inspire our supporters to join hands with us, in piety and taqw, to raise in excess of a million pounds to help in the establishment of Olive Mount. We require a minimum of a one hundred souls to commit to raising a micro-minimum of £10k as a means of reaching the macro-minimum of a million pounds. By rising to the challenge, you will be required to achieve this by the 15th of Sha bn, Laylatul-Barah, 1442.
