Feed East Africa
Campaign by Muslim Charity (RCN 1078488)
Providing emergency food, medical supplies and water to the most vulnerable communities in East Africa. Together we can help communities sustain themselves until there is rain again.

Story

The world is watching again as East Africa plummets into a potential famine unseen in over 60 years.

12.4 Million people are in urgent need of food, water and medical assistance across East Africa. Parts of Kenya and Somalia have seen very little rain in the last 2 years resulting in a failure of crops, livestock and supply of safe water.

Unless we act now this crisis will start claiming lives putting at risk the young, frail and vulnerable.

Imagine a situation where a mother having to choose which one of her children she feeds based on their chances of their survival.

Please help us raise awareness and funds for these mothers so they do not have to make these heartbreaking decisions.

Muslim Charity is on the ground already working to enable food, water and medical distributions to the neediest and networking with other international agencies to make sure the global effort is collective and not in isolation.

This crisis is on a monumental scale and needs a equal response to make sure we save every single life.
