The Long Oll'd Walk

September Stroll · 1 September 2015 to 30 September 2015 ·
On 12th September 2010 my eldest son Ollie died suddenly from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) while on holiday with Joanne, his wife of two years, and friends Hannah and Gary. He was 26. HCM is one of the commonest causes of sudden death in young people.
Since Ollie died family and friends have raised and donated over £11,000 in his memory. On 12th September this year, five years to the day since he died, some of us are walking 44km in his memory and to raise some more.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
