Hi All, I hope you are well and thank you for taking the time to open my donation link. 

The past 5 years in Manchester have been great for me, enjoying all the city has to offer and appreciative of that same northern friendliness that I have come to expect from my childhood across in Sheffield. After completing university, I was lucky to get a job here too and feel the time is right to give back to the city through a challenge that is terrifying to me! 

I'm abseiling 270ft off a high-rise tower in the We Love MCR Abseil Challenge on Saturday 16th July, to raise money for We Love MCR Charity! That's 1.5x the leaning tower of Pisa! 

So what does your donation contribute to? We <3 MCR do a lot for Manchester but main reason I wanted to get involved was because we would be contributing to the Rising Stars fund which supports ambitious, talented 16- 24 year olds to achieve their potential by funding vital training, equipment and resources to allow them to take their next steps to success in work and entrepreneurship! Also, the Manchester Young Lives fund which has worked with children and young people in some of the most disadvantaged areas of Manchester for over 50 years!
