Phil, Sarah, Robin, Ben and Dave are a team of 5 firefighters that are taking on the three peaks yacht race in June. 

The three peaks yacht race is one of the UKs toughest endurance races; running marathons to (and then up!) mountains and requiring the ability to sail in between these climbs. Phil, Robin and Dave will be running the yacht, sailing approximately 390 miles, on a complicated course, to get to each destination. Once they land Ben and Sarah will be running over 50 miles of mountains and cycling 40 miles up Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis.

The team are all operational firefighters, who throughout the past 12 months, have spent their time working together throughout the pandemic. We've seen how this has affected many firefighter’s mental health, as well as those who have suffered and now won't be able to return to work, so this race is for them and the Firefighters charity. The Firefighters charity is not just supporting firefighters, but the families and watches of firefighters who have lost their lives. Their work is invaluable and any money we can raise by undertaking this mammoth challenge is a small token of our gratitude.

Due to lack of funds we’re completely self funding this and trying to raise as much as possible for the Firefighters charity so any help, support or sponsorship would be incredible!!
