Story

Hey everyone!

In March 2023,  I will be taking part in a charity trek with Global Adventure Challenges. Over 5 days, starting from Ouarzazate, Morocco we will trek to and climb the enormous Chigaga Dunes in the world's largest hot desert, the Sahara, covering just over 50km.

I chose to fundraise for the Scottish Association for Mental Health because I think mental health is an important issue that needs a lot of support and awareness. Services such as SAMH provide us with great resources and offer assistance for a range of issues. All monies raised go directly to SAMH and will contribute to the funding of programmes and skill training providing children, women and men with better mental health and well-being. Please take the time to look at their website and read their stories and information and donate if you can! > https://www.samh.org.uk/
