I am fundraising for those affected by the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. As it stands the death toll was at over 20,000 (9th Feb 2023) when I created this fundraising page, it now stands at over 40,000 (15th Feb).

What came out in the first few hours on Monday 6th Feb as 500 deaths is increasing by the minute. 

The earthquake will leave a devastating impact on the region for some time to come, many will perish, lose their homes and be displaced. In order to provide support we must start fundraising to support the long term future for the victims. 

Fundraising allows for vital supplies to be sent to the region as quick as possible. For charities to purchase tents, medical supplies and other equipment the funds need to be available to do this.

I will be doing the following activities to fundraise: 

Bradford (10k) March 2023, London Marathon April 2023, Ramadhan Challenge of 5k every day ( Mar- Apr 2023), RideLondon, a 10O mile ride from London to Essex (May 2023) and also by taking part in the Berlin Marathon in Sept 2023.
