Story
PLEASE read our story and help us to raise money for children who don't have the opportunities we do and make them REALLY happy!:
"Mum and Auntie Lulu took us to Home Farm Music Festival in Somerset last month, which raises money for a Charity called 'School In A Bag'. It is a charity which was set up by Auntie Lulu's friend Luke, who very sadly lost his brother in the 2004 Boxing day Tsunami in Thailand. Luke and his family set up the 'Piers Simon Appeal' in memory of his much loved brother Piers. 'School In A Bag' delivers rucksacks full of stationary to poor, orphan, vulnerable and disaster-affected children around the world. Almost one fifth of the worlds population will never have the opportunity to attend school and learn. Each school bag is filled with stationary that will help a child to write, draw, colour, calculate, express themselves, eat, drink and LEARN! Each school bag costs £20 and contains: 12 pencils, 10 biro pens, 12 colouring pencils, a math set, ruler, pencil case, 6 exercise books, a water bottle and a Lunchbox containing cutlery. Each bag is new and individually numbered to allow donors to track their bags progress on the website. School in a bag has distributed 82,000 school bags to children in 39 countries - WOW!!!!!"
THANKYOU! Love Ollie & Bonnie XX
