Story
Over the 2nd & 3rd September Katie, Maria and Jo will join a team of energetic, enthusiastic, determined and hopeful 😂 cyclists for a 100 mile cycling challenge around Cornwall. This years Hilly Hundred in aid of Coppafeel is the 10th anniversary of this fundraising ride; we know what we’re getting ourselves in to and it’ll likely involve padded shorts, pain killers and deep heat! Oooh, and pasties!
We’re doing this to help raise awareness about breast cancer; we all know someone who has been affected by this cruel disease so please give whatever you can, even a few quid, just to help us up those hills and raise awareness for this most worthwhile of charities.
THANK YOU!
CoppaFeel! are the first UK breast cancer charity to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim to instil a new healthy behaviour that could one day save a life. They are on a mission to ensure breast cancer is diagnosed early and correctly by getting the nation to check their boobs/chest regularly. They want to educate people on the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, encourage them to get to know what is normal for them and empower young people to have the confidence to see a doctor if they notice anything that isn't right for them.
