Inna ilahi wa inna ilayhi raji’oon. To Him we belong and to Him we return.

Today we were informed that our brother Aminul Hoque returned to his Lord. We ask Allah to envelope our beloved brother in his mercy.

On the authority of Sa'd bin Ubadah (RA) he said "O Messenger of Allah, Umm Sa'd has died, so which charity is best?" The Messenger of Allah (SAW) replied "Water (is best)". So Sa'd dug a well and said "This is for the mother of Sa'd) (Abu Dawud)

A couple of us have come together to fundraise for a community well project run by the charity Muslim Hands. These wells are often based in arid and drought-stricken areas where water is particularly scarce. Once in operation, these wells provide much-needed support to over a thousand people.
