Well, I have decided to go for it and jump out of a 'plane (eek!), so I thought I would do it for a good cause!

I have been working with the RDA for a couple of years now and the work they do is amazing and fundamentally enriching to those who receive the chance to take part in an RDA programme.  The confidence that the participants receive from taking part is incredible.  RDA members have competed for Britain at the Paralympics and there will be representatives at London in 2012.  So you have more of an idea of their work, here's an excerpt from their website which says it much better than me!

RDA is a federation of Member Groups, which are dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities, through the provision of opportunities for riding and/or carriage driving. Groups enable people to improve their health and wellbeing, delivering a real and lasting therapy that not only benefits mobility and co-ordination, but encourages confidence and self worth whilst having fun.

The money raised will help towards providing this therapy to more people with disabilities, your support will be greatly appreciated, so please make it worth my while to jump out of that plane!!
