As some of you may already know, I sadly lost my little brother at the age of 4 years old to Meningitis. 

This is something that has completely changed my life and I believe there needs to be more awareness of! 

However, here I am - finding myself write out my story because I was crazy enough to sign myself up to the challenge of running 13 miles.

I also want to point out, when I signed up this morning whilst walking to work - I thought I was signing up to the vitality big half in sept 2023. However, upon checking my confirmation email, it’s actually in April - yep! 5 months sooner than I thought!!! 

 ( I can’t even run 13 metres - and that’s the truth).
