Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in RAFA RIDE 21, having had knee reconstruction surgery (ACL) and more recently, open heart surgery, cycling has been a great way to regain a level of fitness and also allowed me to exercise during more recent COVID restrictions. 

I will be riding to raise money towards an amazing charity, RAFA.
