Story

St Michael's Hospice is a wonderful charity that supported my dad not only in the final weeks of his life but also during the time that he was living with cancer. He loved attending day sessions where he would enjoy a lovely meal and take part in crafts and creative activities. The facilities at the hospice are fantastic and the building is in such a beautiful and peaceful part of Herefordshire. My dad especially loved spending time in the garden and looking at the fish in the pond.  Every single member of staff that we met at St Michael's was so kind and caring to my dad, myself and the rest of my family.

This incredible service was at no cost to us, so I have decided to participate in the Sahara Trek to raise money for St Michael's to show my appreciation for all that they did for my dad.
