I ran, sorry jogged my way round the Burnley 10k last year, despite promising myself I would do no more at my age, however I missed my target of under an hour by 13 seconds, so have to go again..

Burnley FC in the community support young and old in and around Burnley so I'm happy? To put my body through the agony again.
