Story

Nurses working a 12hr shift regularly walk mile after mile caring for others - this Saturday I’m asking people young and old, families big and small to “walk a mile in their shoes” to help raise money for NHS Wales.

From the comfort of your own garden, living, room, kitchen, hall way, drive way, bedroom or even during your 30mins of permitted exercise (strictly adhering to government guidelines) at 10am Saturday 18th April I’d like you to raise some sponsorship by walking a mile - colourful fancy dress is optional but greatly encouraged!!

As will all my challenges to date it’s about having fun and raising the profile too and throughout the build up and at 10am Saturday 18th April i would like us to make as much social media noise as possible using #amileintheirshoes just to say thanks!
