Hello everybody...It's that time again.

I'm running my third London Marathon on 26th April and I really need your donations.

In 2007 (I ran it in 4h 21m) you were all so generous...Then in 2008 (I ran 3h 54m) I took the soft approach and I didn't really hassle anyone ...So, this year (when I'm going to win it) I'm abandoning subtlety and demanding your attention, pleading with your conscience and begging for your cash.

SPARKS is a truly brilliant charity and has saved and dramatically enhanced so many young lives.

Remember some of you were once children yourselves- PLEASE GIVE GENEROUSLY.
