I'm running the 2022 Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 2 October for Alzheimer's Society. I've chosen to run the event in memory of my grandmother Mona O'Neill who passed away in 2020 having suffered with dementia for several years.

I'm running for Alzheimer's Society as they are committed to supporting those most affected by both dementia and Alzheimer's and I know there are many families who need as much support as possible.

This will be my first ever half marathon, so any donations will be much appreciated! I'll be updating this page with my training progress as much as I can.
