Each year 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. I have seen the struggles that people closest to me have gone through over the years. It's OK not to be OK and Mind supports those who might need some additional support. From a simple phone call, connection with an online community and much more, the money I will be raising will help others in their darker moments.
Keeping active is one of the best ways to help improve mental health so it seems appropriate to be taking on the London marathon challenge. It has been on my bucket list for some time. My early morning walks and 10k steps challenges will seem very small as I pound the pavements of the capital! Any money you can spare to support this great cause will help spur me on during the 26 miles!
