Amnesty International UK is movement of ordinary people standing up for humanity and human rights. Some of our campaigns includes refugees, climate change, children's rights, women's rights, and conflict-affected countries. When we unite even the smallest acts of humanity make a difference.

Story

Hello,

I have been cycling recently, which has been totally self motivated however, due to the nature of this event it has inspired a sudden turn of good will in me that I hope will in turn effect you similarly.

The cycling event (http://www.bike-events.com/Ride.aspx?id=267) is an opportunity for me to cycle 100 miles and donate some money towards the British Heart Foundation.  I thought it would also be a good excuse to raise some money for another good cause.  After some deliberation I chose Amnesty International (http://amnesty.org.uk/index.asp) as the beneficiary.

If you feel you want to give money to this cause then here is one way that you can, although to be honest their are probably much better ways; like sponsoring someone to drink their own weight in vinegar; completing Iron Man or just going to the website.
