A 1000 miles in 24 hours you say? Bring it on say I!

I'm not known for cardio, so this is a once in a lifetime opportunity ladies and gents.

On Friday 30th August, I'll be taking part in a 24 hour run, covering 1000 miles. I'd love to say I'm doing it on my own, but thankfully I'm part of a team. After all, a 1000 miles is a long way to run...

Seriously though, this is a worthwhile charity, so please dig deep and donate what you can.
