Providing practical and emotional support to bereaved families to enable them to adjust to a new life without their loved one. We have lots of creative programmes where children and young people remember their loved ones and express their thoughts and feelings in a fun and safe environment.

Story

I work very closely with an amazing charity called 'Once Upon a Smile' , who support familys that have suffered a close bereavement.  On 20th May i ran the Manchester 10k, follow my journey as I also run Leeds 10k 8th July.

Your sponsorship will go towards ensuring Once Upon A Smile are able to continue the amazing work they set out to do.
