On Monday 14 October 2019 I will be conducting a 12 Hr Spinathon which will comprise of 12 sessions on the hr every hour for 12 hrs. I will personally complete the full 12 hrs with a new session starting on the hour for 12 hrs. This is the next AGC CLM Sqn event on behalf of the Army Benevolent Fund.  The ABF is the Soldiers' Charity who provide vital support to soldiers, veterans and their families in times of need.
