We power research into heart disease to beat the UK’s single biggest killer

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

While debating fitness levels over a double helping of pudding at lunch time with a friend at work, we decided it may be time to put the desserts away and hit the treadmill... this then turned into a challenge, and ended up in us agreeing to do a Half-Marathon... ultimately it won't be much of a 'race', so we decided it may be best to run it for a charity to make up for the expected slow/comedy time.

Recently my Dad was diagnosed with a heart condition, so along with my monthly donation to the British Heart Foundation, I thought I'd run and raise money for them.

I did the Edinburgh Half a few years ago, and I remember it all being down hill... right?
