Over the last few months I have been training towards my first triathlon. In August I will be taking part in the London Triathlon to raise awareness for Vasculitis.

Vasculitis is something that not many people know about or understand. It is an autoimmune disease which causes the immune system to attack blood vessels, affects people in different ways and can be very difficult to treat. 

It has impacted some people very close to me and I would love to raise money for research and support those with the disease.
