For anyone who knows us the only place we are used to running to is the queue at Nando's and Cream's so this will be a huge challenge for us!

Ruth recently had a health scare with Lymphoma but after various tests at the Oncology Centre in Southend Hospital she was lucky that it wasn't but many other's aren't. This has given us both so much motivation to do the marathon and give back to those around us.

We are running the London Marathon in April 2019 in aid of St Luke's Hospice - they provide help and care to Basildon and surrounding areas for those with terminal and life limiting illness'. 

Whatever you are able to donate we as well as St Luke's and it's patients will be very grateful.
